Privacy Policy

SMS - Text Messaging Compliance

Personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties for the purpose of marketing.


Verbal consent and the specified mobile number will be obtained virtually through a verbal conversation with the client. Our financial representatives will ask the client if they would like to opt in for text messaging exchanges for the purpose of administration to their personal account with Caymus Financial Services and also to receive 2 factor authentication codes from their financial institutions. 


Frequency will vary and message and data rates may apply. The client can reply STOP to opt-out at any time or call the support line 610-365-7730 for additional assistance. You can also find our privacy policy and terms of service below under Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Agreement.


Our Letter of Financial Consent and Letter of Engagement for services are private company documents and are available upon request.


Privacy Policy

  

At CAYMUS FINANCIAL SERVICES we value you as a customer and share your concerns about privacy. This document describes our use and protection of non-public personal information (“customer information”).


  • We do not sell or give away customer information.
  • We do not share customer information with persons, companies, or organizations outside of CAYMUS FINANCIAL SERVICES, in the normal course of our business.
  • In some cases, we must provide information to a party providing services to our customer or the customer’s account. In these cases, we would seek verbal or written permission from the customer before proceeding.
  • We expect persons or organizations that provide services on our behalf to keep customer information confidential and to use it only to provide the services we’ve asked them to perform.
  • Within CAYMUS FINANCIAL SERVICES, we communicate regarding the need to protect customer information to those individuals who may have access to it, and we’ve established physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect customer information.
  • CAYMUS FINANCIAL SERVICES adheres to the American Association of Daily Money Managers Code of Ethics. (copy available upon request) (www.aadmm.com) 


Confidentiality Agreement

Definition of Confidential Information 

(All of these pertain to the Client, businesses or corporations in which Client is an officer or member, Client’s family members, business associates, clients or customers, and others listed among Client’s or business’s property)

· Names and addresses

· Social Security numbers and other tax identification numbers, Medicare and insurance information, birthdates, telephone and fax numbers

· Medical information

· Account and transaction numbers including balances

· Access codes, PIN numbers, usernames and passwords

· Sources, uses and location of funds, including the nature of expenditures, savings, or investments

· Content or source of papers or electronic files or other personal property

· Information of any other nature pertaining to the Client’s personal property or business


Availability of Confidential Information

Confidential information is to be used only in the Client’s home, place of business, or designated meeting location including remote video visits. The Client must agree to any exception to this policy.

When information is taken off Client’s property, it will be handled according to Caymus Financial Services security procedures (kept in a Client Identified personal zippered pouch; stored in a secure location in the Caymus Financial Services office and then returned to the Client post processing; all Client-related refuse will be shredded before recycled or thrown away).


Use of Confidential Information

Client agrees to allow Caymus Financial Services to use confidential information to:

· Maintain Client’s records

· Obtain or confirm information from Client’s financial relationships

· Pay bills, audit and reconcile accounts and paperwork

· Prepare budget, expenditures, and other financial reports

· Make suggestions as to the handling of such information

· Perform other tasks as requested by the Client

  

CAYMUS FINANCIAL SERVICES agrees:

· Not to copy or otherwise reproduce any Confidential Information without the prior consent of the Client.

· Not to disclose Confidential Information to third parties other than as listed above, including Client’s family members and other professionals such as Client’s attorney and accountant, without permission from the Client.

· To return any Confidential Information to the Client when the purposes of this Confidentiality Agreement have been fulfilled or the Agreement otherwise comes to an end.

· To abide by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement even after the Agreement is terminated.

· Those Caymus Financial Services agents and representatives, including but not limited to its attorneys, accountants, subcontractors, and financial advisors shall be bound by the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement.


Consent to Injunctive Relief

If Caymus Financial Services does not follow the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement, injunctive relief (a court order that Caymus Financial Services cease and desist using Confidential Information) may be appropriate. Caymus Financial Services agrees to consent to injunctive relief in these cases.


Disclaimer of Accuracy and Non-Assumption of Liability

Caymus Financial Services is not responsible for the accuracy of Confidential Information. Caymus Financial Services does not assume any liability in connection with disclosed Confidential Information, including but not limited to:

· The effects of erroneous information.

· Non-compliance with privacy and other policies of third parties, including  employers, business associates, and other holders of Confidential Information.


Items Outside the Scope of the Confidentiality Agreement

· Public information.

· Information that was known to Caymus Financial Services prior to entry into this confidentiality agreement.
